As butterflies flutter by…. Our flower gardens, with dazzling splashes of glorious
color, hover and shimmer all summer with our visiting winged friends. It is magic.
Come stroll through our plantings and see how many species you can see – a yellow or
black swallowtail? A cabbage white? A monarch or an admiral? Our carefree
luncheon will interpret this fairytale moment in color and taste – swallowtail cookie
decorating included! Living with nature is always an adventure and a joy.

Thematic Luncheons & Programs at Hurd Orchards are hosted in our 1800s English Threshing Barn, nestled between a historic Sweet Cherry Orchard. Each event is preceded with a welcome and lighthearted talk on the day's theme – sharing insights on our land, farm and how we interpret each theme for our guests.
Each menu is designed to highlight the bounty of each season,
presented in farm fashion – creating an outstanding culinary experience.
Find yourself immersed in floral displays, we use fine antique china and silverware,
and tables adorned with authentic and unique linens.
